Payment for New Group Membership is $90. This includes a $60 Annual Fee and a $30 joining fee. Please finish completing the form and you will receive instructions on how to pay after submitting.

The application fee for Group Membership for 1 - 25 Members is $222. This fee is made up of $30 joining fee, $60 annual fee & $132 insurance.

The application fee for Group Membership for 26-50 Members is $283. This fee is made up of $30 joining fee, $60 annual fee & $193 insurance.

The application fee for Group Membership for 51 - 100 Members is $442. This fee is made up of $30 joining fee, $60 annual fee & $352 insurance.

The application fee for Group Membership for 101 - 200 Members is $624. This fee is made up of $30 joining fee, $60 annual fee & $534 insurance.

The application fee for Group Membership for 201 - 300 Members is $690. This fee is made up of $30 joining fee, $60 annual fee & $600 insurance.

The application fee for Group Membership for 301 - 400 Members is $805. This fee is made up of $30 joining fee, $60 annual fee & $715 insurance.

The application fee for Group Membership for more than 401 Members is $877. This fee is made up of $30 joining fee, $60 annual fee & $787 insurance.

Once the form is submitted, a confirmation email will be issued to the 'Main email for group' address as completed above, so please ensure this is correct. The confirmation email will include the details of the bank account where deposit is to be made, the amount, and the email address to send the confirmation.
