VQI recommend that all member Groups create a group specific Incident Form, for their own use. Any Group is welcome to use the VQI Form as an example (link below available to download).
Victorian Quilters Inc. are not responsible for making insurance claims on another Groups behalf as each Group is responsible for their own governance.
For Public & Property Insurance claims please do not contact the insurance company direct.
Insurance advice is facilitated through the insurance broker used by Victorian Quilters Inc..
For any insurance enquiries please email insurance@victorianquilters.org and we will provide the broker’s contact details. Where appropriate the broker may provide a claim form to be sent to the issuer of the insurance policy and correspondence can then be entered into.
